This pamphlet was published by William P Kildare os 734 736 Sansom Street in Philadelphia in 1872. Shows sixty four lots on the North and South sides of Madison Square between Twenty second and Twenty fourth Streets. Also Catherine, Christian, Twenty Third, Forth, Madison Square, and Twenty second streets. Some loss to the end of the map inside which we show in the photographs. Measures 8 and three quarters by five and one half inches.Total of 21 pages with extra blank pages for notes.

This French engraved pewter container measures 10 and one eighth inches wide and is 3 and three eighths inches deep and depicts an early car that would have been used in cross country racing at the beginning of the 20th century. This very rare antique car memorabilia pewter box stands 1 and one quarter inches tall. Engraved scene depicts a motor car on the road in the country. Early car memborabilia from this period is extremely difficult to find. This piece was purchased in Paris over 20 years ago. Hallmarked on base.

South Canterbury Amateur Athletic Club."Viruts Omnia Vincit" Sterling Silver Trophy. Ladies Cup 1878 Won by T S Baker. "Steeple Chase". 1 and one half miles. Time: 9m 42s Stamped on the bottom, "Warranted Sterling Silver B Peterson & Co." Sterling Silver Award Cup. Measures 6 and one half inches high. This silver trophy measures 4 and one quarter inches across at the brim. This horse trophy weighs 989 and one half grams.The Club was formed in 1871, being the oldest Club in NZ and the second amateur athletics club to be formed in the world. An eighty page booklet on the Clubs history was compiled for the Clubs 125th Jubilee Anniversary in February 1997.

This watch was most probably made for the first motor show which was held in Paris in 1895. There is reference to this silver pocket watch on page 15 of Art and The Automobile by D B Tubbs c1978. Automobile memorabilia from this period is quite rare. This watch runs well. This wonderful piece measures 3 inches from top to bottom and two inches round.
